Program and Permit Information

As part of NPDES permit requirements, all permitted MS4s must establish a Stormwater Management Program. Many State Department of Transportation Programs (DOTs) maintain a stormwater website to post NPDES permit and program information such as stormwater outreach materials, research, and public involvement opportunities. Learn more about what State DOTs are doing to manage stormwater runoff.
